GENERAL BOOKING CONDITIONS

FOR COTTAGES

This booking application signifies that you accept the campsite's regulations and the following terms and conditions:

Security bracelet must be worn at all times (secure, hypoallergenic plastic bracelets). It will be given to you upon arrival and must be worn all the time around your wrist or ankle. Anybody who refuses to wear it, could be refused entry (day or night).

The rented accommodation is let by name and may not in any circumstances be sublet. Depending on the type, accommodation designed for 4 or 6 people at the most, whatever age they may be (a baby counts as one person), plus one vehicle. Extra charges will be invoiced at camp site rates. You are responsible for cleaning the accommodation at the end of your stay. You will be required to leave a deposit of 230 € (150 € + 80 €) cash or with a credit card number on arrival as a deposit for the rented accommodation and its contents. This deposit will be refunded, either fully or partially, depending on the inventory check at the time of departure. For any rented accommodation that is not perfectly clean upon your departure, a minimum amount of 80 € will be deducted from the security deposit. Arrivals on Saturday or Sunday must be between 3:00 pm and 7:00 pm (at the latest). Departures on Saturday or Sunday must be between 8:00 am (at the earliest) and 11:00 am.
All holidays are payable in full according to the dates indicated here in. With the application, you must enclose payment equal to 50% of the total cost of the accommodation, and 35 € booking and administration fees. The balance has to be paid 30 days before arrival. If you fail to pay the balance within 30 days of your arrival date, the booking will be cancelled and your initial 50% deposit will not be refunded. For cancellations made IN WRITING 30 days prior to the due date of arrival, the deposit will be refunded, after deduction of booking and administration fees. Bookings for Cottages will be kept open for 48 hours past the date of arrival. Please note that no refunds or discounts will be given for early departures or late arrivals. Sheets and household linen are not provided but their use is compulsory. However, sheets may be hired on site: 16 € per pair per week. Please let us know when you make your booking.
Pets are not admitted in rented accommodation.
Under eighteens may stay on the campsite only when accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Tents are forbidden on the accommodation plots.
If you have visitors, they will have to register at the Reception upon arrival, pay a nominal fee and leave a proof of identity (please retrieve proofs of ID before the Reception closes). They will also have to leave their cars outside.

FOR PLOT HIRE

This application to hire a plot implies that you accept the campsite's regulations and the following terms and conditions:
Security bracelet must be worn at all times (secure, hypoallergenic plastic bracelets). It will be given to you upon arrival and must be worn all the time around your wrist or ankle. Anybody who refuses to wear it, could be refused entry (day or night).

A plot is hired by name and may not, in any circumstances, be sublet. The plots are hired out to a maximum of 6 people, whatever age they may be (a baby counts as one person).
A plot will not be hired out for less than 10 nights. The plots are hired from the day of arrival after 2:00 pm to the day of departure before noon. After that time you will be charged for an extra day.
With the application you must enclose a payment of 170 € (135 € on account of the hire cost and 35 € booking and administration fees). The balance has to be paid on arrival with the tourism tax in force. All holidays are payable in full according to the dates indicated here in. For cancellations made IN WRITING 30 days prior to the due date of arrival, the deposit will be refunded after deduction of booking and administration fees.
Bookings will be kept open for 48 hours past the date of arrival. Please note that no refund or discounts will be given for early departures or late arrivals.
